N3BG Consortium
N3-BG is an interest group dedicated to the intersection of Neuro-informatics, Neural networks, and Neuro-computers.
The group was founded by Prof Nikola Kasabov in 2022 in Sofia, Bulgaria.
N3BG aims at establishing a national neuro-informatics program to train highly skilled human resources in the field and to assist in the development of advanced AI knowledge and new computational models and tools, that can be applied to a variety of application areas, including neuroscience, robotics, human-machine interfaces, environmental studies, finance, and economics.
The primary mission of the group is to hold regular online seminars, both in Bulgarian and English. Leading experts from Bulgaria and all over the world will be invited as presenters.
We also run an annual summer school since 2023 to demonstrate the theoretical and practical fundamentals of advanced artificial intelligence with hands-on experience.
Upcoming Events / News
The N3BG 4th Summer School is currently being organised with a preliminary target month of May 2026.
Please check again later or contact nkasabov@aut.ac.nz directly for more details.
Summer Schools
The N3BG Summer School (SS-N3BG) is designed to deliver both theoretical knowledge and hands-on training in neuroinformatics, neural networks, and neurocomputers, with a focus on their integration as fundamental drivers of Artificial Intelligence (AI).
The N3BG consortium has run three annual schools in 2023, 2024, 2025.
The 2026 Summer School is currently being organised.
